This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. Please read this page carefully before completing your purchase so that you have a full understanding of our shipping procedures, estimated timelines, associated costs, and carrier options.

We ship exclusively within the United States and work with trusted national carriers to ensure that your order arrives safely and on schedule.

  1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Once your order is placed on our website, our fulfillment team begins processing it during standard business hours. Processing includes order verification, item inspection, packaging, and handoff to the assigned carrier.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday–Friday) will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on weekends and federal holidays, will begin processing on the next available business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from transit time. Your total delivery window is the sum of both the handling period and the shipping transit period, as detailed in the tables below.

After your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, our warehouse team requires a standard handling period to prepare your items for shipment.

For example, an order placed on Monday before 5:00 PM EST will typically be handed off to the carrier by Tuesday or Wednesday of the same week.

During peak seasons, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, handling times may extend slightly beyond the standard window. In such cases, we will make every effort to communicate any delays via email.

ShopThePower offers a simple, flat-rate shipping structure with no hidden fees. The shipping rate applies to all eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

The shipping fee of $6.99 is charged at checkout regardless of the number of items in your cart or the total order value. This flat rate is applied consistently to every order and will be clearly displayed on your order summary before payment is finalized.

We currently do not offer expedited, overnight, or express shipping options. All orders are fulfilled under the standard flat-rate shipping program described above.

Once your order has been picked up by the assigned carrier and the shipment tracking number has been generated, standard transit times apply. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location within the United States and the carrier assigned to your shipment.

The transit window of 3 to 7 business days is an estimate provided by the carrier and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Factors such as carrier volume, weather conditions, regional logistics delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the actual delivery date.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal public holidays. Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not counted as business days for the purposes of handling or transit calculations.

  1. Delivery Services & Tracking

ShopThePower ships via three nationally recognized carrier networks: USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order is determined by several factors including your delivery address, package dimensions, and carrier availability at the time of fulfillment. You do not need to select a carrier at checkout — our fulfillment team will assign the most appropriate service for your shipment.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been picked up by the carrier and scanned into their system, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number and summary
  • The name of the assigned carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
  • A unique tracking number linked to your shipment
  • A direct link or instructions to track your package in real time

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your delivery directly through the respective carrier’s official tracking portals:

We strongly recommend saving your shipment confirmation email and checking your tracking link regularly for the most up-to-date delivery status. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after the carrier pickup to reflect activity in the system.

  1. Delivery Address Accuracy

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete, accurate, and properly formatted. ShopThePower cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.

Please verify the following before submitting your order:

  • Full street address including apartment, suite, or unit number where applicable
  • Correct city, state, and ZIP code
  • Recipient name matches the name on the mailbox or building directory if required

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address immediately after placing your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@shopthepower.com. We will do our best to correct the address before the order is handed off to the carrier. However, once a shipment has been picked up and scanned by the carrier, address corrections may not be possible, or may incur an address correction fee charged by the carrier.

  1. Undeliverable Packages & Returned Shipments

In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier — due to reasons such as an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery — the package may be returned to our fulfillment center. When this occurs, our team will attempt to contact you via the email address on file to arrange re-shipment or issue a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

Please note:

  • Re-shipment of returned packages may be subject to an additional shipping fee
  • Packages that are unclaimed or undeliverable due to customer error are not eligible for a free re-shipment
  • ShopThePower is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors, building management, or any secondary delivery location (such as a mailroom or leasing office) before contacting our support team.

  1. Damaged or Missing Items

ShopThePower takes great care in packaging all products, including our Task Chairs, Monitor Stands, and Cable Management Boxes, to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with missing components, please take the following steps:

  1. Document the damage with clear photographs of the outer packaging and the affected item(s) before discarding any packaging materials
  2. Contact our customer support team within 5 business days of the delivery date
  3. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and the photographic evidence to support@shopthepower.com

Our team will review your case promptly and work to resolve the matter through a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate. Claims submitted after 5 business days from the delivery date may not be eligible for resolution.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, ShopThePower ships only to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to the following:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and others)
  • P.O. Boxes (availability may vary by carrier and product)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  1. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During major U.S. holiday periods and promotional sales events, order volumes increase significantly across the e-commerce industry. As a result, both our handling times and carrier transit times may be longer than usual. While our team works diligently to maintain standard processing speeds, we recommend placing orders well in advance during the following peak periods:

  • Thanksgiving and Black Friday (late November)
  • Cyber Monday (early December)
  • Christmas and New Year season (December)
  • Major promotional events on our website

ShopThePower is not responsible for carrier delays during peak periods, as these fall outside our direct control. Estimated transit times provided at checkout are not guaranteed during high-volume shipping seasons.
