  1. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team before shipping any item back to us. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Step-by-step return process:

  2. Include in your email: your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 1 – 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  4. Once authorized, securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided by our team
  5. Email us the return tracking number so we can monitor the inbound shipment

Return shipping is free of charge. ShopThePower covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns. You will not be charged any restocking fees, handling fees, or return processing fees.
