We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to adjust your procurement. This policy outlines the specific procedures and timelines required to successfully modify or cancel your order before it enters the logistics chain.
1. The Critical Cut-Off Window
To guarantee a successful modification or cancellation, your request must be received by our support team before our daily processing deadline.
Daily Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
If your order was placed after 5:00 PM EST, you have until 5:00 PM EST on the following business day to request a change. Once an order has been picked, packed, and assigned a tracking number by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, it can no longer be altered.
2. How to Request a Change or Cancellation
If you are within the cut-off window, please follow these steps immediately:

- Provide Details: Clearly state if you wish to cancel the entire order or modify specific details (such as the shipping address or product quantity).
3. Limitations on Modifications

4. Orders Already in Transit
If your request is received after the package has departed our facility at 1170 Troup Ln, Dublin, GA, we cannot stop the delivery. In this scenario, you must wait for the package to arrive and then initiate a return following our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for orders that were processed correctly but cancelled after shipment.
5. Refund Processing for Cancellations
When an order is successfully cancelled within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. As per our financial protocols, please allow up to 7 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement.
