Cancel/ Change Order

1. Overview

We understand that circumstances can change after an order is placed. ShopThePower will make every reasonable effort to accommodate cancellation or modification requests; however, due to our commitment to fast order processing, our ability to make changes is time-sensitive. Please read this policy carefully to understand what is and is not possible once an order has been submitted.

2. Cancellation Window

Orders at ShopThePower are processed promptly on business days (Monday–Friday) up to the daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST. Once an order enters the fulfillment and packing process, it may not be possible to cancel it.

To maximize your chance of a successful cancellation, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible via email:

• Subject line: Order Cancellation Request — Order #[Your Order Number]
• Include: Your full name, order number, and the reason for cancellation

Our team will respond within 1 – 2 business hours during support hours (Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST) and will confirm whether the cancellation can be processed. If the order has already shipped, we will direct you to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return once the item is delivered.

4. Order Modifications

If you need to modify an order — such as changing the shipping address, adjusting the quantity, or swapping a product variant — please contact us immediately after placing your order. The same time constraints that apply to cancellations apply to modifications.

Once an order has shipped, address changes may be possible directly through the carrier at an additional cost charged by the carrier, but ShopThePower cannot guarantee the outcome of such requests.

5. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before the order has shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. No cancellation fees, restocking fees, or administrative charges will be applied.
