- The 30-Day Window: All return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date the tracking link confirms delivery to your address.
- Item Condition: Products must be in their original, pristine condition—unused, unwashed, and unaltered. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Authenticity: A valid order confirmation or order number from Shopthepower is required to validate the purchase.
- Exclusions: We reserve the right to decline returns that show visible signs of wear, usage, or damage caused by the customer after delivery.

Unlike many retailers, Shopthepower removes all financial barriers to returning products. We are committed to a “No-Cost” return policy:
- Zero Return Shipping Fees: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email for all authorized returns. You will not have to pay out-of-pocket to send the item back to us.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not believe in charging you for changing your mind. There are zero restocking or processing fees applied to your return.
- Full Reimbursement: Eligible returns will receive a 100% refund of the total purchase price paid at checkout.
- STEP-BY-STEP RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure your return is processed swiftly, please follow these steps:
- Initiation: Send an email to support@shopthepower.com with your Order Number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Authorization: Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. Upon approval, we will send you a Prepaid Return Label and specific shipping instructions.
- Packaging: Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit. Attach the printed prepaid label to the outside of the box.
- Drop-off: Hand the package to the designated carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) at any of their authorized drop-off locations.
- REFUND TIMELINE & DISBURSEMENT
- Arrival & Inspection: Once your package arrives at our San Diego facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within 1–2 business days.
- Notification: We will send you an automated email confirming that we have received the item and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Payment Credit: Once approved, the refund is triggered immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal). Most financial institutions take approximately 5 business days to reflect the balance in your account.
- EXCHANGES, DAMAGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
Free Exchanges: If you prefer a different size, color, or an alternative item, we offer Free Exchanges. Please contact support@shopthepower.com so we can check our current inventory and reserve the replacement for you.
Damaged or Defective Items: We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, we will expedite a replacement shipment or issue a full refund immediately, covering all associated costs.
Order Cancellations:
- Pre-Processing: You may cancel any order for a full, immediate refund if the request is made within 12 hours of the purchase time.
- Post-Processing: If the 12-hour window has passed or the item has already been dispatched, please wait for the package to arrive and then follow our standard free return process.
